What do we do with such information?
- We provide reports to you on account totals
and changes in portfolios as well as specially designed
analysis of your personal portfolios
- We use account numbers and portfolio specific
information to update our records and to monitor your accounts
- We restrict access to nonpublic personal
information about you to those employees with a business
need to know that information. We maintain physical, electronic,
and procedural safeguards to protect your nonpublic personal
information.
- Our Web site contains links to other sites.
We share no personal information with such Web sites and
are not responsible for the privacy policy of such sites.
- We always shred paper information, never
putting it into the trash in a legible format.
Please understand that we may find it necessary to provide
your non-public information in order to comply with a government
agency or court order.
